Our project-based security programs are intended to be self-contained operations supplemented by ‘on-demand’ support from our branch offices. Each project consists of at least one primary supervisor whose responsibility it is to ensure that the security team is receiving the support they need. Our branch management is measured internally by the level of support they provide to internal and external customers.
PSC takes advantage of the latest technology by utilizing a web-based management system, CaseGlobal. This proprietary management platform allows PSC to monitor personnel activity and manage human resources functions to help ensure contract compliance.
