PSC can report your ongoing spend so you can closely monitor your budget. When an invoice is generated, we will immediately add it to you cumulative total for any time frame so that you can manage your security service spending more effectively.
To ensure our local managers and supervisors are regularly visiting their customers, PSC has developed a web-based application that tracks visitation and customer issues. Any action plans developed as a result of service issues are also reported. Senior management regularly monitors this information to ensure we are delivering on our promise of quality service.
