Customer Advisory Board
PSC periodically invites customers to attend a seminar in which the sole purpose is for customers to tell us what we’re doing wrong, what we’re doing right, and how we can improve. This advisory board brings ‘listen to your customers’ to an entirely new level.
Web Page for Security Information
Our customers have access to a login-only web site which contains articles, links, and the latest information on security. It’s a great source of information for you and your team to keep up-to-date on the latest news on terrorism, threat advisories, and the latest trends in the security industry.
Customer Web Portal
Each customer is provided a secure web portal where they can review the latest information regarding incidents, the status of personnel assigned to their facility, action plans, and contract information. This is also an area where we obtain information on customer satisfaction through an online survey. The types of information that can be added to the web portal is virtually limitless. Our customer web portal is one of many innovative uses of technology designed to enhance the buyer-supplier relationship.
